The 6th international Conference on stations will take place in Madrid, between 19 and 21st October 2017. This global event, hosted by the Spanish Rail Infrastructure Manager, Adif, and the International Union of Railways, UIC, represents a unique opportunity for leaders and decision-makers to share with industry the latest experiences and best practices regarding the design, financing and operation of railway stations.

This year, the NextStation conference will focus on the topic of Smart Stations in Smart Cities. The panelists will address issues linking cities, services and technologies like low carbon facilities, city services, competitiveness, innovation, Big Data, governance, accessibility, intermodality, business, security, urban integration and social networks.
